Course Objectives
Pass the TOEIC with a score of at least 785 for those who have not yet done so. Develop the ability to express oneself in English in professional and daily life situations.
Develop writing abilities.
Syllabus
For the weaker groups (56 hours : 28h TD and 28h of English reinforcement) (Level B1.1/B1): Building listening skills – Grammar as necessary – TOEIC-themed vocabulary – Self-study online: 20 hours of TOLPC. For the intermediate groups: (28 hours) (Level B1.2) and for the stronger groups (28 hours) (Level B2/C1) – Develop the 4 skills by working on the following themes: TV/Web news/documentaries on current events, reading documents on scientific / technological subjects, English-speaking culture through extracts of films, art and literature. Oral presentations in various forms. Each student will do one individual work on a chosen them as well as group projects. 10 hours of work outside of class.

Self-study online:
-Computers available in the E Building.
-TOLPC online course for students working the TOEIC.

Acquired skills
Specific competences:
Pass the TOEIC with 785 points and better.
B2/C1 level in the 4 skills.

General competences
Competence block: awareness of the organisational, personal, and cultural dimensions of the language.
-Level 2: Can integrate the professional world with communication and management skills
-Level 2 to 3: Can work as part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team in an international environment.
