Course Objectives
A0/A1 : introduction to elementary uses of the target-language

A1/A2 : can talk about simple situations of the everyday life.

B1 : can talk about simple situations of the everyday life, can present a theme, can participate in short debates, know some elements of the culture linked to the target-language.
Syllabus
For beginner levels : role-plays, for higher levels : debates.

Thematic classes on cultural aspects of the countries where the target-language is spoken. The different topics will be chosen at the beginning of the year by the teachers and their students.

Applying for a job abroad : drafting a resume, a cover letter, getting ready for a job interview
Practical work (TD or TP)
The teacher will create activities and build classes on a task-based approach.

The students will work individually, in pairs and in groups, in order to acquire communication competences in all 4 language activities. The classes combine the use of oral and written language with cultural aspects linked to the target-language.

Project “Rencontres”: prepare a poster to speak about a firm of the LV2 country and present it during a meeting with the other groups
