Course Objectives
The students by groups of at least 3 will lead an industrial project submitted by companies. They have to use all the management tools to lead this project.
Syllabus
- Selection of an industrial project (a meeting day is organised for the companies and the students to present all the projects, projects interviews).
- Détails on the project specifications, planning, deliverables...
- Periodical meetings with the academic and industrial tutors.
- Oral presentation to defend the project in front of both tutors.
Practical work (TD or TP)
All the subjects are connected with the main topics of the department.
Acquired skills
Project Management, time management, work in group, interactions with tutors.

Innovation, mobilization of knowledge and technical skills to adapt to the requirements of the company.
Ability to acquire new knowledge, methods and skills.
Ability to understand business issues and assess the issues or impacts for society.
Ability to assess achievement and self-assess.
Ability to co-organize group work, to communicate within the group and outside the group (instructing party, tutor-teacher, suppliers, evaluation panel).
