1) Web architectures, models and protocols Details of protocols (HTTP, etc.) and Web architectures. 2) Multimedia services on the Web - Audio and video streaming architecture, - Multimedia data format, - Study of the case of Web Radio. 3) Messaging, Directory and naming systems - SMTP, POP, IMAP, - Directory systems: LDAP, DNS, - Architecture of a messaging system, - Instant messaging, mobility, security. |
